Our mission

Challenge, inspire and empower youth to play at their highest potential, become people of strong character and achieve their full potential on and off the field.

Our vision

Individuals, families, communities, the nation and the world transformed through love and football.

How we work

We are not just coaching football - we are coaching lives through football. That is not a slogan; it decides how sessions are built. Technique and competition matter, and so does what a player does when a result goes against them.

Every session runs at a maximum of ten players to one coach, so no child spends the morning in a queue. Our coaches include people with professional and national team experience, and more than 200 coaches have been trained and equipped through Ballaz programmes.

Our philosophy

What B.A.L.L.A.Z. stands for

Six values, one for each letter of the name. They are what we assess players on alongside their football.

  1. Balance

Football matters. So do school, family and rest.

  2. Attitude

How you turn up decides how far you go.

  3. Love

For the game, for teammates, for the work.

  4. Leadership

Standards held when nobody is watching.

  5. Ambassador

    You represent more than yourself.

  6. Zeal

    Play with everything you have.
