Development Pathway
Jr. Ballaz
Technique and mastery. Players become comfortable, confident and creative with the ball at their feet.
Jr. Ballaz is about technique and mastery. Players spend real time on the ball, developing the comfort and creativity that everything later depends on.
This is the stage where football starts to look like football: small-sided games, first touch, passing and movement, and the beginnings of understanding where to be and why.
What to expect
- Technical work, then small-sided games
- A maximum of ten players per coach
- Qualified Ballaz coaches, DBS-equivalent checked
- Water breaks and shaded rest between activities
- Grouped by age, then by ability
