Ways to train
After-School Programme
Structured coaching straight after the school day, split by age group, with collection direct from partner schools.
The After-School Programme puts quality coaching into the part of the day that is hardest for working parents to cover. Sessions run twice weekly and children are collected directly from partner schools.
Age groups train at staggered times so younger children are not competing for space with teenagers.
