Ways to train
Saturday Development
Our flagship weekly programme. Ten to twelve weeks per term, three terms a year, all three age groups on the pitch together.
Saturday Development is the heart of Ballaz. Every age group trains on the same morning, which means siblings come together, families make one trip, and the whole club is in one place once a week.
The year runs in three terms - September to December, January to March, and April to June - each ten to twelve weeks long.
What to expect
- Three hours, split between technical work and games
- Grouped by age, then by ability
- A maximum of ten players per coach
- Register by term, not by session
